The AI implementation is designed to empower creators
Content authors always decide how and when to rely on AI-powered suggestions in their content. From small edits to full-page content reviews.
To make AI generate the words and responses you want, you need to craft prompts that are clear, structured, and context-rich. The way you phrase your request directly impacts the quality of the output.
Define Persona, Task, Context, and Format
- Persona: Tell the AI who it should act as. Example: "I am a marketing manager..."
- Task: Clearly state what you want it to do. Example: "Write a product launch announcement..."
- Context: Add relevant details so the AI tailors its response. Example: "...for our new eco-friendly water bottle launching next month."
- Format: Specify how you want the output presented. Example: "Write it as a 150-word press release."
Use Natural, Conversational Language
Write prompts like you’re talking to a person. Avoid overly technical or vague phrasing unless necessary. Example: Instead of "Generate marketing copy", say: "Write a friendly Instagram caption promoting our summer sale with emojis and a call-to-action."

Below is an example based on the 'AI Completion' prompt:
