Locales allow a site admin to manage additional locales/languages on the site. Additional locales are listed accordingly:

The 'Usage' column displays the number of 'pages', and 'others' include content from snippets such as Accordions, Carousels, etc. The number of 'others' for the default English language and all other locales may be different depending on whether they have all been translated.

Click 'Add a locale' if you want to add another locale for your site.

If you want to synchronise content from another locale for the new locale, click the 'Enable' button and then select the locale from the dropdown selector to sync from. Once set, any existing and future content authored in the selected locale will be automatically copied to this one.
