Today board settings

There are 3 settings available on this panel:

1. Low stock threshold
   Variants with inventory tracking enabled and stock levels at or below this quantity will be marked as low stock.
   
2. Backup age warning (days)
   The backup card will be highlighted if the most recent recorded backup is older than this number of days, or if no backup has been recorded.
   
3. Unpaid bank transfer minimum age (hours)
   Only unpaid direct bank transfers that are at least this many hours old will be counted, ensuring that brand-new checkouts are not over-counted.
